Welcome to pele4d (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through pele4d at the domain pele4d.cam, you (hereinafter "the User", "Member", or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Member's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on any sports event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gaming product offered by pele4d.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Balance.
• "Gaming Products" means all sports betting markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, bandar bola — football bookmaker — markets, and mix parlay accumulators), live casino tables, slot games, lottery products (including togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other wagering services accessible through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds.
• "Platform" means the website pele4d.cam together with all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and gaming environments operated by pele4d.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited or requires specific regulatory authorization not held by pele4d.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets a Member must place before Bonus Funds are released as withdrawable Balance.

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Gaming Product on pele4d. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age threshold. pele4d reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend any Account where the Member is found to be underage.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

pele4d primarily serves players located in or connected to Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. pele4d makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in every location.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of pele4d or its affiliated companies, including immediate family members of such persons.
• Any person previously banned or self-excluded from the Platform.
• Any person acting on behalf of a third party.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each Member may hold only one active Account on pele4d. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason — including to circumvent bonus restrictions, exploit promotional offers, or avoid account restrictions — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, Indonesian phone number, and preferred payment method. Any discrepancy between registration information and identity documents submitted during KYC may result in Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pele4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify pele4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Verification

pele4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the registration or gameplay process, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pele4d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Payment method availability may change without notice; the Platform's deposit page always reflects current options.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for standard Members; higher limits apply to VIP tiers at pele4d's discretion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.
• All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name. pele4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard Members: average processing time 2–4 hours. Gold VIP: 15 minutes. Platinum VIP: 10 minutes. Diamond and Black Diamond VIP: 5 minutes or instant.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on pele4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits or withdrawals initiated in other currencies will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction; pele4d is not responsible for any exchange rate losses.

4.5 Transaction Fees

pele4d does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer fees; these are outside pele4d's control and are the Member's responsibility.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions (including those tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Nyepi) offered by pele4d are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only. Each promotion specifies which Member tiers, game categories, or minimum deposit thresholds qualify.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses: 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion (typically 7 to 30 calendar days). Uncompleted requirements result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
• Only bets placed on eligible Gaming Products contribute toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino bets typically contribute 100%; slot bets contribute 100%; sports bets contribute at rates specified per promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pele4d operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements, and using automated or third-party tools to game promotional structures. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and pele4d reserves the right to void any winnings derived from abusive activity.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

pele4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Member, the terms applicable at the time of claim will continue to govern that specific bonus instance.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

pele4d reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed when a unique bet reference number is issued to the Member. An unconfirmed bet has no legal standing regardless of any displayed odds at the time of attempted placement.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspensions

Odds on sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, and international competitions — are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Markets may be suspended or voided at any time in response to breaking news, match incidents, or data feed irregularities. Bets placed on a suspended market before suspension are settled at the odds confirmed at placement time.

6.3 Errors and System Faults

In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a technical malfunction, pele4d reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance. pele4d is not liable for any consequential loss arising from system errors or third-party data feed failures.

6.4 Responsible Betting Limits

Members may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

6.5 Lottery and Togel Rules

For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery products, draw results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from the respective lottery provider. pele4d displays these results in real time but is not the draw operator. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be directed to the originating lottery authority. Bets placed after draw close time will be void and refunded.

7KYC Verification

7.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Members are required to submit the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National ID Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months, bearing your name and registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) registered to your Account, showing the account holder name and account number.

7.2 Verification Timeline

pele4d will process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours of receipt during standard operating periods. Members will be notified by email of the outcome. If additional documentation is required, a further 24-hour period is granted to submit supplementary materials before the withdrawal request is placed on hold.

7.3 Right to Request Additional Verification

pele4d reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time, including source-of-funds declarations for large transactions. Failure to cooperate with enhanced due diligence requests may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities as required by applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

8Responsible Gaming

pele4d is committed to promoting responsible, sustainable gambling behavior. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, temporary time-outs, and permanent self-exclusion. 9Intellectual Property

All content on the pele4d Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pele4d or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, reverse-engineered, scraped, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pele4d. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. Use of such content is governed by each studio's end-user license terms in addition to this Agreement.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pele4d, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity resulting from technical faults, system downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any action or omission by a third-party payment provider, banking institution (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), or e-wallet operator.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by Indonesian banking infrastructure, public holidays, or regulatory holds.

In any event, pele4d's aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by pele4d

pele4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or collusion with other players.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Use of unauthorized automated betting software, bots, or exploit tools.
• Underage gambling or Account access by an excluded person.
• Non-cooperation with KYC or enhanced due diligence requests.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on pele4d, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

pele4d employs bank-grade SSL encryption, secure data centers, and strict internal access controls to protect Member data. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities is carried out only to the extent strictly necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

13Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under which pele4d holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally through pele4d's support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits pele4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

14Amendments

pele4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pele4d will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via email to registered Members and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
